Cummins Inc. PG Service Supervisor in Manassas, Virginia
DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented PG Service Supervisor to join our team specializing in service for our Cummins’ business in Manassas, VA.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Supervision and Coordination: Oversee Service Technicians and Service Team Leaders, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication of repair plans aligned with customer quotes.
Coaching and Development: Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to Service Technicians and Team Leaders, fostering their professional growth.
Technical Support: Offer first-level support to Service Technicians, escalating technical issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Service Logistics Management: Manage the use of materials, equipment, and personnel to ensure safety, quality, and efficient operations.
Accurate Quoting: Develop and review quotes for accuracy, keeping customers informed about repair status and any changes to plans or schedules.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement activities, adapting processes to meet evolving customer expectations and organizational goals.
Repair Monitoring: Track the status of open repairs, addressing any issues that could impact the timely completion of repair plans.
Customer Satisfaction: Monitor branch goals and targets, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, resolve warranty concerns, and build strong relationships through professional communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Effective Communication: Develop and deliver clear, multi-mode communications tailored to the unique needs of different audiences, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with customers and deliver solutions that meet their needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Leadership and Accountability: Provide clear direction, delegate tasks effectively, remove obstacles, and hold yourself and others accountable to meet commitments and achieve goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
College, university, or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline or relevant experience equivalent required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Intermediate level of relevant work experience in a technical field, including team leadership experience, required.
Additional Details:
Business hours are Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
Hours are subject to change due to business needs and conditions
