Cummins Inc. Diesel Technician - Level II in Dedham, Massachusetts
DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Diesel Technician/Mechanic to join our Distribution business in Dedham, MA.
Day Shift: 7AM - 3:30PM
You will make an impact in the following ways:
Complete repairs on engine products in a service shop
Perform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic tools
Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles
Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies
Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products
Maintain own tools
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Completes complex internal engine repairs
Performs engine overhauls unassisted (Preferred)
Detailed understanding of the aftertreatment system and components
Proficient experience with engine diagnostic software Education, Licenses, Certifications: Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred) Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution Locally valid driving permit (Preferred) This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
